Although I found a job, I learned how to cook while I was unemployed :) Alex is actually mad that he doesn't get to walk into the door and have dinner ready for him after work anymore. But I have come to enjoy it, and so I'm going to try and fit it in when I get home from work. Alex has even started to help me. I'll post some of our favorite recipes when we make them.
